ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to.

Established by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization), the standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a focus on the customer; strong leadership; engagement of people at all levels of the organization; a process approach to achieving consistent and predictable results; continual improvement; evidence-based decision making; and good relationship management with partner and supplier networks

Being certified to ISO 9001 demonstrates a company’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer expectations and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
