PUBLISH is excited to announce the launch of PUBLISH wallet, a cryptocurrency wallet for the new media industry, including news content creators and consumers.

Available as an Android app on the Google Play Store, PUBLISH wallet supports Luniverse-based NEWS tokens, with support for Ethereum-based NEWS tokens to be added in the near future. An iOS version is expected to be released in April.

In addition to being able to send and receive tokens, PUBLISH wallet users can view near-real time cryptocurrency market data and read about the latest developments at PUBLISH and across the PUBLISH network.

In the second half of 2021, PUBLISH plans to integrate its decentralized identification service into PUBLISH wallet, allowing users to conveniently and securely access a number of services that accept DIDs (decentralized identifiers) as a means of identity verification.

PUBLISH wallet is expected to play a key role in enabling PUBLISHprotocol, a blockchain-based protocol that aims to improve journalistic transparency and financial sustainability in the media industry.
