PUBLISH, in collaboration with TokenPost, is pleased to announce the issuance of a new NFT (non-fungible token) to commemorate South Korea's 75th Constitution Day.

Constitution Day in South Korea, celebrated July 17, is a notable day marking the establishment of the country's constitution. Though no longer a public holiday since 2008, it remains one of South Korea's five significant national holidays, which include the March 1st Movement, Liberation Day, National Foundation Day, and Hangul Day.

The first constitution, enacted on July 17, 1948, came after the establishment of the state name and the passage of the government organization law. Notably, Syngman Rhee was elected as the first president in the same year, marking the establishment of the Republic of Korea government.

Having undergone nine amendments since its initiation, the current constitution incorporates democratic ideology from significant movements such as the March 1st Movement and the April 19th Revolution, reflecting the 'autonomous and harmonious free democratic basic order'.

For more information about the constitution's history, the amendment procedure, and related research materials, visit the Constitution of the Republic of Korea’s website, which opened on July 13.

The "Good Day NFT Campaign" is a joint initiative by PUBLISH and TokenPost, aimed at highlighting significant domestic and international events and holidays through the issuance and distribution of commemorative NFTs and digital artwork.
