Dear PUBLISH holders,
DCENT Wallet has issued a security alert regarding its App Wallet. If you are holding NEWS in a DCENT App Wallet, please check immediately.
Check first
Take action immediately if any of the following applies to you:
- You hold assets in the DCENT App Wallet, regardless of the amount
- You use the same mnemonic (seed phrase) across both the DCENT App Wallet and a hardware wallet
DCENT has detected abnormal asset movements and is conducting an urgent investigation. As of now, the issue appears to be limited to the App Wallet.

What to do
1. Move your assets to a newly generated wallet.
Transfer them to a wallet created with a new mnemonic — or to a trusted exchange deposit address. Moving them to a hardware wallet that shares the same seed phrase may not be safe.
2. Never enter or share your mnemonic.
In situations like this, phishing attempts offering "recovery help" always follow. No legitimate wallet, exchange, or project will ever ask for your seed phrase.
3. Rely only on official channels.
For anything related to DCENT, refer to DCENT's official channels; for PUBLISH, refer only to our official channels below.
PUBLISH statement
This matter is unrelated to the PUBLISH network or the NEWS token contract. It is limited to a specific wallet application, and NEWS held in other wallets or on exchanges is not affected.
That said, since some of our holders use DCENT, we are sharing this promptly to help protect your assets.
If there are any meaningful developments, we will share them through our official channels first.
